Event Description:

Hiring a marketing agency doesn't guarantee results. Most business owners hand over their marketing, hope for the best, and discover months later they were paying for activity instead of outcomes.

Join the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce for this Business Lab Workshop, Managing Marketing Agencies, and learn how to outsource your marketing without losing control of it. This practical session will help you understand when outsourcing makes sense, which responsibilities should stay in-house, and how to hold your marketing agency accountable from day one.

Whether you're considering hiring an agency, currently working with one, or evaluating your existing marketing investment, you'll leave with the tools to make smarter decisions and achieve better results.

Here are three key takeaways you'll walk away with:

1. Know When Outsourcing Actually Makes Sense
Learn how to determine if your business is ready to hire a marketing agency and what needs to be clearly defined before you sign with anyone.

2. Understand What to Hand Off—and What to Keep
Execution can be outsourced. Strategy shouldn't be. You'll learn where to draw that line so an agency never owns your marketing memory.

3. Hold Your Marketing Agency Accountable
Discover the questions to ask before signing a contract, the metrics you should expect to see, and the reporting rhythm that keeps agencies focused on results—not just activity.
