Please join us for our January Luncheon sponsored by The Well on January 27, 2022 at UAW Hall from 11:15am - 1:00pm.

Colby B. Jubenville, PhD, will be our guest speaker. Colby will be presenting on the topic, "The Intersection of Personal Relationships and Personal Brands"

At the core of leadership is persuasion, yet when asked, most leaders, (if they are being honest) struggle in deciding what is the best approach to persuade, connect, and inspire. In light of the changes in how we engage and lead others, entrepreneurs and executives are left asking how to get followers (employees) to agree on the reality or future, connect to the vision/mission and ultimately make meaningful investments in new products/services and ideas (innovation).
