The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce and Maury Alliance invite you to the Women in Business Luncheon on Tuesday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Hill Event Center. Programming will begin promptly at 11:15 AM.
As women, we often juggle running a business, caring for our families, and managing countless responsibilities—leaving little time to focus on our own well-being. This luncheon will bring together a panel of healthcare professionals who understand the challenges of balancing it all while still making health a priority.
From managing stress and hormones to finding energy through nutrition, movement, and mental wellness, our experts will share real-life strategies to help you care for yourself without neglecting your business or your family.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, professional, or community leader, this conversation will provide practical tools and empowering insights designed to help busy women thrive personally and professionally.
