 Spanish Tapas & Wine Night at 5 Porch Farm

Step into an evening inspired by the kitchens and wine bars of Spain.
We will cook, taste, and learn together in a relaxed farm setting while exploring the flavors that make tapas one of the most beloved food traditions in the world.

The night begins with a guided olive oil tasting and a complimentary welcome glass of bubbles before we begin cooking a series of classic and modern Spanish small plates. You’ll prepare dishes by hand, learn simple techniques you can recreate at home, and discover how Spanish wines naturally pair with everyday food.

This is a BYOB event. Sara Jimenez, Chef and Sommelier will include a list of recommended wines for the class you can easily find. These will be emailed to you once ticket purchase is complete. 

You will make:

Traditional Pan con Tomate with Jamón Serrano
White Bean & Manchego Pinchos with Sherry Pickled Onion
Mediterranean Sardine Tapenade Toast
Mini Tortilla Española
Chef Demonstration of Gambas al Ajillo
Picual Olive Oil Ice Cream Affogato with warm coffee

Throughout the evening we will discuss pairing principles using Spanish Cava, Verdejo, and Rioja.

No advanced cooking skills required. This class is designed for curious beginners and food lovers alike.
