Held every 3rd Wednesday, the Women in Charge Breakfast invites women from all walks of leadership—at home, in business, and in the community—to come together for connection and growth.
This month we will here from Lydia Ingegneri, who is the founder of The Awaken House and Awaken Coffee Co. in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The Awaken House is a gathering place where coffee, community, and creativity come together. With more than 25 years of pastoral and community leadership experience, Lydia is passionate about helping people connect, discover their purpose, and pursue the dreams God has placed in their hearts. She is deeply committed to building authentic community and creating spaces where people can belong and thrive.

Lydia has been married to Scott since 2003 and is the proud Mom of 4 kids. Lydia and her family reside in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
