  • About

Autism Community Training (ACT) is a Franklin-based nonprofit day program serving adults with autism. Through individualized instruction, structured teaching, and meaningful community experiences, ACT helps trainees strengthen independent living, communication, social, vocational, wellness, and leisure skills. Our approach goes beyond simply visiting community locations—we intentionally teach the skills needed to participate successfully and confidently. Trainees learn through hands-on activities, community-based instruction, small-business projects, and opportunities to contribute to local organizations. ACT is committed to helping adults with autism build greater independence, discover their interests, develop meaningful roles, and live engaged, fulfilling lives within their community.
